Terms and Conditions
Payment
Hypnotherapy 4 All require all appointments to be secured with your credit card details, at the time of booking. Your credit card details are for this purpose only and will only be debited should you fail to keep an appointment without the required, prior notice of cancellation.
Payment should be made by cheque or cash and is payable at the end of the session. If clients wish to book a course of treatment, the full amount is payable at the end of the first session.
Hypnotherapy 4 All require clients to give at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Cancellations after this time are subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Hypnotherapy 4 All.
In the event appointments are missed or failure to turn up at the appointed time, the client agrees to pay the fee in full and the client’s credit card will be debited the full amount.
Terms of Treatment
Hypnotherapy 4 All works to a high standard of care and practice and works within The Hypnotherapy Associations strict code of ethics, with regards to practice and confidentiality and strongly advocate that they offer no medical advice whatsoever. Care if requested can be shared between Hypnotherapy 4 All, your hospital and / or your Doctor.
Hypnosis is such that at no time can or will Hypnotherapy 4 All guarantee, though Hypnotherapy 4 All do give forms of encouragement, not to be interpreted as a guarantee for success. The responsibility for a successful outcome of treatment remains entirely that of the client.
The client must be aware they are responsible for their own well being during and in between sessions of hypnotherapy and must seek medical advice should they have any concerns regarding their own health or well being.
The client also has the responsibility to inform Hypnotherapy 4 All of any stress, upsets, anxiety or traumatic event or events prior to the commencement of hypnotherapy treatment, no matter how long ago or recent, details of which will remain confidential. Hypnotherapy 4 All must be made aware of there existence in order to help alley the associated stress and / or anxiety without having to divulge specific details.
Hypnotherapy 4 All cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for any unsuccessful outcome caused by the client not following instructions, i.e not practising the self hypnosis regularly, not using any C.D recordings, if issued etc. This remains solely the responsibility of the client.
It is essential that a bond of trust be maintained between Hypnotherapy 4 All and the client at all times. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to inform Hypnotherapy 4 All of any concerns. It is the responsibility of Hypnotherapy 4 All to maintain that trust as laid out in the Hypnotherapy Associations strict code of ethics.
The Client fully understands that hypnotherapy is not a ‘quick fix’ or an ‘instant cure’ or an ‘independent healing force’ and must not be classed as such. Hypnotherapy is only available to clients on the basis they understand it may only assist the client’s own will power.
In the interests of safety and security some hypnotherapy sessions maybe recorded on to video or audio tape. All recording are stored securely and kept strictly confidential, but Hypnotherapy 4 All reserve the right to reproduce recordings as evidence in a court of law, civil or criminal if required to do so.
